This monitor powers on, but does not display anything. It does not include a power cable. I bought this monitor for parts and assumed I could just recap it and it would work but unfortunately that was not the case. I recapped the neck board and the main board but when I was going to reassemble the monitor, I noticed that one of the pins was broken off of the neck, so unfortunately there’s no way for me to fix it without a new tube. There could be more issues that I’m not aware of. This item being sold for parts AS IS! Has some damage in the corner.
