The only real structural issue and it is photographed is where the shoulder strap secures to the bag. The leather tie is worn. Definitely has miles to go and would be an easy fix for a cobbler but, just so you know. The exterior leather wear/use is obvious, especially on the corners but the bag is functional and solid.
It does have the luggage handle pass through strap on the back for the trip through the airport.
