One module is included per quantity selected. Six are available. Each module comes in its original individual FS box and ESD clamshell with the protective optical-port plug shown in the photos. No fiber cable or other accessories are included.

Condition: Open box. These modules were purchased new and have never been installed or used. The boxes did not come sealed and have minor shelf/storage wear. The modules have not been function-tested because they were ordered with IN/Intel coding, while my switch requires DE/Dell coding.

Compatibility note: These are marked “IN” on the module labels. They are not DE/Dell-coded modules. Some outer boxes show “DE” beneath a handwritten correction to “IN,” but the modules themselves are clearly marked “IN.” Vendor coding can matter even when the optical specifications are otherwise the same. Please confirm that your switch or network adapter accepts the IN/Intel-compatible QSFP-SR4-40G before ordering.

You will receive one of the actual modules shown. If all six are purchased, all six pictured modules are included.
