The package contains:

• The black stylus pen itself (with side buttons and often an eraser end).

• Small white plastic pieces — these are usually spare tips/nibs and/or a simple tip-removal tool (a small plastic extractor used to pull out worn tips).

• A small round metal piece — this is most commonly the metal pocket clip that attaches to the pen, or occasionally a related hardware piece.

You can install/replace tips by carefully pulling the old one out with the white tool (or tweezers) and pushing a new one in. The pen requires no batteries or charging—it works by interacting with the tablet’s built-in digitizer.
