Siraya Tech Fibreheart TPU-GF: Engineering Grade Toughness, Zero Frustration.
Introducing Fibreheart TPU-GF, a revolutionary composite filament that fuses the legendary toughness of TPU with the structural stability of Glass Fiber. We engineered this material to solve the two biggest problems in printing functional parts: brittleness in rigid materials and warping in engineering blends.
The "Low Warp" Experience Printing engineering-grade materials usually requires industrial enclosures and high-heat setups to prevent warping. Fibreheart changes the game. The internal glass fibers stabilize the filament as it cools, effectively "locking" the dimensions in place. This results in a truly low-warp experience that is easy to print, offering reliable adhesion and high dimensional accuracy for large parts without the headache.
The "Stiff yet Tough" Advantage Most reinforced materials (like Nylon-GF or PLA-GF) are incredibly stiff but will shatter like ceramic when dropped. Fibreheart uses a robust TPU 64D base that absorbs impact energy. It is rigid enough to hold heavy loads but tough enough to bend slightly without snapping. A true "durable without brittle" solution.
Key Performance Highlights:
- Easy to Print: Optimized thermal expansion means you can print warp-free parts on a wide range of printers with standard heated beds.
- Vibration Damping: Perfect for FPV drone pilots and mechanical engineers. It soaks up vibrations that would crack other plastics or loosen screws.
- Industrial Durability: The glass fibers create a hard, wear-resistant surface that withstands abrasion and chemical exposure in demanding workspaces.
Applications:
- High-Impact Parts: Protective guards, bumpers, and casings.
- Vibration Isolation: Motor mounts, drone frames, and dampeners.
- Industrial Fixtures: Manufacturing aids, soft jaws, and tooling.
- Outdoor Gear: Handles and latches that face the elements.
Printing Specs & Recommendations:
- Nozzle Temperature: 240°C – 270°C
- Bed Temperature: 40°C – 60°C
- Print Speed: 40mm/s – 80mm/s
- Hardware Note: This filament contains abrasive glass fibers. A Hardened Steel Nozzle (0.4mm or larger) is strictly required to prevent rapid wear of standard brass nozzles.
