Printed in ASA-CF (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced ASA)

Unlike common tools printed in basic filament, this wedge is produced in ASA-CF - a tough, carbon-fiber-reinforced, UV-resistant and weather-resistant material. ASA-CF offers excellent rigidity, heat tolerance, and durability under the stresses of engine service work, making it a serious upgrade over standard PLA or ABS prints.

Assembly Note

To complete the tool you will need to supply your own additional hardware: approximately 3 ft of #10-24 threaded rod, nyloc nuts, and a small handle. Assemble as shown and bend the threaded rod to aid installation. Instructional video guidance is widely available for both cam phaser replacement and lock-out procedures - the tool usage is identical.
