Used, open box or new items: Returns accepted within 30 days. If the item is damaged or defective, return shipping will be free. For all other returns return shipping will be paid for by the buyer.
Items for parts/repair: No returns accepted.

(2) We buy our own labels through , shipping cost is automatically calculated for your shipping address, local pickup and international shipping are enabled.

Typical hours of operation: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm. (typically not operating during major holidays)
Messages or offers sent outside our hours of operation will be answered as soon as possible by the next business day. Orders awaiting shipment will also be shipped as soon as possible the next business day.
