Sillyworks collaboration with house hold name switch manufacture Gateron to produce the Type S in the SLAY line of linear switch which utilizes the KS-3 design using all PA66 plastic materials for the housing and POM for the stem. The result is a smooth typing experience with a satisfying bottom out experience and just doesn't exist with some of the newer switches being released today. The Type S is considered the papa bear in the SLAY lineup of switches and has the heaviest bottom out force at 65g. These switches come pre-lubed from the factory but as with most Gateron manufactured switches, we recommend hand lubing and film for best performance and sound profile.
