Gateway Laptop Model Gwtn156 11BK with 4GB Ram 128 Storage and windows 11 OS. The laptop works good with just the power cord. There is no Battery and the sound driver will not load. (No internal Battery or Sound) We did test the external Bluetooth speakers for sound, and it worked just fine. We did notice there are some device manager drivers needed (look at photos) but does not affect the system performance. There are no warranties on used electronics, we would like you to look close at all the photos to see in detail of the condition of the item being sold.
