Pulled from a working VFX studio and tested in good working condition. This unit is ideal for resolving EDID and resolution handshake issues in complex AV setups or with KVM switches. The unit pictured is representative of each unit for sale but individual units may have VERY slight cosmetic blemish differences. All units are in good working condition and were each set at 1920x1200 from an HP monitor (a common PC display resolution). You can re-program the device by doing the following:1. Set “WR” switch to “E” position2. Connect display to “DVI Out”3. Connect source to “DVI In”4. Power LED will illuminate RED5. Press and hold “Prog” button
6. Power LED will flash RED7. Once Power LED stops flashing, the EDID information is programmed and the device is ready for use. Set “WR” switch to “D” position
⚡ ⚡NOTE ABOUT POWER SUPPLY
THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE POWER ADAPTER. BUT MANY SETUPS DO NOT REQUIRE IT AND WILL POWER THE UNIT DIRECTLY THROUGH THE DVI PORT. We've tested it successfully without an adapter under normal desktop conditions.
