The product is brand new and has never been used; it was only removed from the box to show the buyer its condition so they could see exactly what they are purchasing and what will be delivered to their home. It is an "open-box" item because the box has minor damage—as shown in the photos—but this does not affect the product inside, which is brand new and unused. I am mentioning this so the buyer can feel confident about their purchase.
