HARDWARE PACKAGING:
· Hardware will be shipped in anti-static or original packaging. In the case of large orders the DIMMs or SFPs may come packaged in an anti-static trays.
· SFP dust covers may or may not be included
INSTALLATION:
· For best results, please follow proper anti-static/ESD procedures when handling and installing this hardware.
RETURN POLICY:
· In the rare case where the item is defective you may return it for an exchange (pending availability) or refund within 15 days.
· Cosmetic issues are not covered under this guarantee.
· Returned items must be in the original ESD packaging and packed with proper packing material to avoid any physical damage to the item during return shipping.
· Replacement or refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item if it is found in the same condition it was shipped.
