SHIPPING

• Item will be shipped via USPS Mail Services within 1-2 days after receipt of full payment. USPS First-Class Mail is expected to deliver your items in 3-5 days while Priority Mail in 1-3 days but not guaranteed, sometimes it may go up to 10 days for far and remote areas or due to USPS occasional misrouting. All our items will be shipped from our warehouse in central Illinois (unless otherwise stated).
• Local pick-up is unavailable for less than $300. Prior arrangement must be made.
• Depending on your region, the delivery time for international mail will be around 7 – 14 business days via USPS International Mail Services, sometimes it may go up to 21 days for far and remote areas or due to USPS occasional misrouting. Transit Insurance is unavailable for all items.
• This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during winter holiday season. And sometimes take a little longer, due to over the weekends and weather condition, please allow sufficient time for delivery.

RETURNS

• PLEASE contact us within 7 days of receiving the items if item is Not as Described or DOA. We will replace your item if it is found to be NAD or DOA. Any NAD/DOA’s must be returned back to us within 10 days. PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST TO ISSUE RMA BEFORE YOU RETURN ITEM!


• Returned items must be in acceptable condition w/o physical damages except damages caused in transit.


• The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be issued.
