This is an Intel Z97 board for 4th and 5th Gen Intel Core processors on the LGA1150 socket. It has 4 DDR3 slots, 2-way SLI and CrossFire support, an M.2 slot and SATA Express (both up to 10Gb/s), Intel Gigabit LAN, Realtek ALC1150 audio, and Gigabyte's DualBIOS. CPU support depends on the installed BIOS version, which I can't verify.
