If your device has any touch issues or features a non-original/aftermarket screen (applicable only to certain models), an additional charge will be applied as a digitizer replacement may be required/optional. Mail your device to our service center. Your Order Number and Phone Number MUST be included inside the package. Please make sure to tape the box securely to prevent items from shifting or slipping while in transit.

Your screen repair will be completed by the very next business day, after which it will be safely packaged and returned to you.
