Mouse is functional and cosmetic condition is like new. But for some reason it won't pair to the BASE DONGLE. When connected to Core, they will be detected as 2 different units, 03, D3. Troubleshooting steps have been attempted but they won't pair to each other. The mouse works flawlessly via USB Cable and via Bluetooth. The base is detected and also the dongle but it won't pair to the mouse.
