Greaseweazle V4 Plus board -- DIY-friendly

What is different from Greaseweazle V4:

• All passive elements use larger components (size 1206) and larger soldering pads for easier DIY
• Additional jumper (JP1) fixes Gteaseweazle V4 PCB problem where external power supply and your computer's 5V USB are bridged together, this can be damaging to your USB port. Remove jumper to use external power supply, put it back for USB power.
  
• The layout allows you can install USB Micro, USB-Mini, or USB-B connector. If you use USB-B or Mini, be sure to insulate the bottom of the connector so it does not bridge traces on the PCB.
• JP2 on the back connects USB connector shield to the ground (same as original V4). You can cut through it if you do not want USB connector grounded.
  

Schematic and bill of materials -- see pictures. BOM uses mid-range components.
