Superior Adhesion

Printing the mold directly on IdeaFormer build plate without tape or glue saves a lot of time and filaments. You can print directly on each side of a double-sided sheet without the need to use any glue or other tools to help the model stick to the build plate sheet.

Easy-to-Remove Model

IdeaFormer build plate surface offers greater stability, while spring steel sheets offer excellent flexibility and high flatness. The build plate surface for hassle-free demoulding in combination with spring steel sheets with two pressure edges. Prints on the double-sided hotbed sticker come off easily when the heated bed temperature drops to room temperature, and if the print is still stuck to the plate, gently bending the build plate removes it.

Simply clean the build plate thoroughly before printing, place it onto the printer's heatbed, and effortlessly start your creative journey.

PEO/PET Build Plate: PLA 50-70℃ PETG 70-80℃ TPU 30-50℃

PEF/PEG Build Plate:PLA 50-70℃ PETG 70-90℃ ABS 80-100℃ TPU 30-60℃

Printing Filaments:

PEO+PET Build Plate: PLA/PETG/TPU

PEF/PEG Build Plate: PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU

TIPS:

1.If printing high-temperature materials such as ABS, it is recommended to seal the box for printing or apply adhesive on a hotbed to assist in adhesion.

2.Pay attention to the distance between the nozzle and the surface; otherwise, it may cause scratches and marks.

3.In order to maintain better adhesion,it is recommended to regularly clean the plate surface with a dedicated cleaner, alcohol, or water to remove dust and oil. Do not use acetone to clean the plate, as acetone may damage the build plate surface and cause irreparable damage.

4.There is no QR code on the build plate. You need to disable the print bed detection on the printer.
