  This HP 5064-1801 PCI 10/100 BT Ethernet network card has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The PCB is clean with no visible damage, cracked traces, or burnt components. The board carries a manufacture date code of 2337 and was made in the UK. This card was not bench-tested at our facility but was pulled from a working environment.
