Opened cartridges, and cartridges whose security seal is broken, torn, peeled or otherwise damaged, cannot be returned or refunded. Toner is a consumable product and cannot be resold once the seal is compromised.

If you are unsure whether this cartridge fits your printer, please message us before opening the box — we will confirm compatibility for you and, if it is the wrong item, arrange an exchange while the package is still sealed.
