Ethernet Switch With Power Cord

This switch has been factory-reset. When we plugged an ethernet cable into each of the 48 main ports, the lights for most ports illuminated green, but port 33 lit for only a moment, then went dark, while port 42 never lit at all. We received this item from a client of ours in this condition, and cannot fully test it. There might be missing parts and/or other functional issues that we are not aware of.
