This item is in New / Open Box condition. It has never been used, though it is missing the original factory plastic wraps. Cosmetically, it is in nice shape with the exception of one prominent scratch on the top corner casing, as shown in the photos. The included HP 63 ink cartridges are past their printed expiration dates (10/2019 and 06/2019) but are unused and should function fine.
