Each item is inspected and briefly tested prior to packing.
All serial numbers, lot codes, and unique identifying markings are photographed and logged to the specific order number.
The packing and sealing of each order is recorded on video, and package weight is verified and documented at carrier drop-off.
If a return is opened claiming the item is used, damaged, or not as described, the item must be returned to us for verification. Returned items are inspected on camera and checked against the recorded serial numbers and markings tied to your order. If the returned item does not match what we shipped, the case will be escalated to 's Trust & Safety team along with our full documentation, and reported to the shipping carrier's fraud department. Where warranted, we pursue these cases further, including filing mail fraud reports.
