Model features print, scan, copy, fax, web, and Neat document organization support.
The HP Officejet 8040 series was built to work with the Neat Digital Filing System, allowing users to scan receipts, business cards, and documents directly into the Neat service.
Rear duplexer / rear access assembly is present on the printer.
Great choice for home office, small business, receipt scanning, paperwork organization, and general all-in-one printing needs.
Cosmetic condition shows normal signs of use such as light scuffs, surface marks, and handling wear from storage and use.
