Return Policy:
Unless specifically stated above, all products I offer have a "no returns accepted" policy. I do this since I'm not a business and cannot offer returns for buyers remorse and/or I ordered the wrong item reasons. However if an item arrives DOA and is specifically stated as "new" or "used" I will accept a return if I'm contacted within 3 business days. The serial number (if available) and condition must be same as it (I take pictures) was when I shipped the item. I will refund the full purchase price once I have received the item and determined it wasn't altered in any way. Unfortunately I've seen instances when people will buy an item to return the same item already owned that was damaged or not working. All "parts and/or not working" items are sold "as is" and no returns will be accepted. If the item is damaged in shipping, please make sure to take detailed pictures of the packaging and the item. I will need this information to file an insurance claim with the carrier and to provide you with a refund. If you have any questions regarding the item, please make sure to contact me first before purchasing the item.
Shipping:
I cannot guarantee shipping times that are out of my control. My normally handling time is 1-2 business days and I try my best to meet this deadline. Once I have handed the item over to the carrier I no longer have control over the shipping time. Most of my items are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. From my understanding none of the services have guaranteed shipping times. I fully understand the frustration when an item doesn't arrived when promised. If you prefer faster and/or guaranteed shipping, please feel free to contact me prior to paying and I will provide an invoice with the difference in cost if you choose to upgrade shipping. Otherwise please use the tracking number to follow the item through the carrier. Item Condition:
I will do my best to accurately describe the item to the best of my knowledge. New means the item is in a sealed box and/or has not been opened. New Other usually means I bought an "open box" item from a local national retailer. Used means I have personally used the item for a set amount of time to test it and/or have decided to get rid of it. However it will be in good working order and condition. Parts and/or not working means the item is "as is" and may or may not work. Please make sure to read the full details of the item being offered and do your own research to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
Warranty (New or New Other):
Most of these are items I find at various local national retailers. If I include a copy of the original receipt for warranty registration, this is only for registering with the "Manufacture" for their warranty. Please do not try to return the item or have services performed at the retailer on the receipt since most of them will try to offer an extended warranty and tell you the item does not have a warranty. The reason I provide a copy of a receipt is in case the manufacture requires the item to be originally purchased from an authorized re-seller to honor the warranty. This is the only receipt you should provide when requesting warranty work. You are responsible for keeping a copy of the receipt.
Warranty (Used/Not Working/As Is):
No warranty is offered on used, not working, or as is items. However it's possible a warranty still might be effective by the manufacture. Please feel free to contact me for serial number information to check on the warranty details prior to purchase.
