THERE IS NO OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLED ONTO THE HARD DRIVE. IT GEVE ME AN ERROR WHEN I TRIED TO INSTALL. THERE IS A LITTLE CRACKED AREA ON THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE SCREEN BEZEL. NOT ACROSS THE ACTUAL SCREEN. MISSING THE COVER FOR THE DVD DRIVE BUT THE DRIVE STILL OPENES AND CLOSES. GSB47.8
