The dm4 bears some resemblance to Apple's MacBook Pro line, thanks to its black, island-style keyboard with integrated multimedia buttons, as well as its trackpad that integrates touch buttons. The dm4 is a beautiful machine.
Keyboard:The dm4 features a chiclet-style keyboard that's comfortable to type on.
Touchpad: The touchpad is fairly large (3.5 x 1.5 inches), the left and right integrated buttons make a satisfying clicking sound when pressed. The soft touch surface is easy to navigate.
Ports:The dm4 includes three USB 2.0 ports. You also get HDMI and VGA output so that you can connect to both high-def and standard-def monitors and TVs; an Ethernet jack and headphone and mic ports. There's also a memory card slot on the front of the laptop.
Graphics:The dm4's integrated Intel GMA HD graphics card's performance is above average
Windows 11 Professional: Installed; individual Product Key registered with Microsoft and activated. Automatic Updates started; downloaded and installed when available. All prior Windows versions are not supported by Microsoft. Microsoft not supporting Windows 10 as of October 14, 2025.
Artificial Inelegance: Ai is included in the current edition of Windows 11 (Re: Microsoft)Webcam and Microphone: Both functional tested on line and are working.Software: A package of free or free for trial software is included. LibreOffice: This free and open source office package includes a spread sheet, word processor and other capabilities which are MS office compatible.WiFi and Blue-Tooth: WiFi is via the native Intel WLAN module; Blue-Tooth is via an included USB dongle.
