Functionality - All our servers for sale have passed a multi-point functional inspection consisting of both automated and manual testing procedures to ensure proper function of the following:

• Allports (USB, Ethernet, etc..)
• Motherboard
• Memory
• CPU
• Drive Bays

Includes 4 caddies and rails. *Does NOT include any HDDs or AC Adapters*.

Cosmetic Grading -Plastic is broken on the front panel and there's damage to the rear USB but it's still functional. (See picture 3 & 8) We follow ’s criteria for refurbished servers and grade conservatively so that the unit you receive is in the expected cosmetic condition. Photos in the listing may be STOCK photos so with these being used servers, theymay have signs of prior use, including some minor scuffs and scratches. All servers are fully cleaned directly before shipping.

Data Sanitization Status - We take data security seriously. Each server has been sanitized using market trusted software to ensure data doesn't remain.

· Units have a one-day handling time and will be packaged securely for shipment and sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on what is appropriate for the situation.

Return Policy – If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin a dialog. Should you want to return your item, you are able to do so for a full refund. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns within 30 days are FREE. No refunds will be given unless the item is returned.

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm EST. Please be aware that shipping and responses are limited outside of these hours. Additionally, shipping services are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
