Return Policy
All non-defective parts are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. All returned products must be 100% complete and returned in the same condition as received. New factory sealed items are not eligible for return or refund if the original packaging has been opened.
Core 4 Solutions will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account. All non-defective items must be returned to Core 4 Solutions within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product. Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by Core 4 Solutions. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to Core 4 Solutions. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
