Within 30 days of receiving an item, an incorrect, defective or not as described item may be returned for a full refund including all shipping charges. Returns for any other reason must be made within 14 days and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% with no refund on shipping charges and fees (5%). After 30 days, if an item is returned because of an issue or defect, it can only be replaced.
