Shipping

Evolution E-Cycling only ships to addresses in the contiguous (lower 48) US states. Evolution E-Cycling LLC DOES NOT ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, or internationally. If this is brought to our attention, Evolution E-Cycling LLC reserves the right to cancel the order.

At checkout, you will choose a shipping method for your order. Note that the shipping method and address can't be changed after the order is paid. After your order ships, you will receive an email with your order information. This typically happens within 3-4 business days after you submit and pay for the order.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of delivery (from the day you receive your item), you can issue a return request through , and send the item back to us. We will issue a full refund after we receive the item and inspect it.

• Cosmetic Description: Excellent (C6): Overall excellent cosmetic condition. Items may have light scratches or other minor blemishes from normal wear, and isn't missing parts. Minor cosmetic blemishes have no impact on the system's overall functionality or performance. Fully cleaned with all non-original labels removed.
