• Low Moisture Absorption: With an equilibrium moisture absorption of approximately 0.225% at 23°C and 70% relative humidity, it maintains consistent extrusion and surface quality. For optimal results, dry at 100°C for 10 hours before printing.
• Direct Filament Path Recommended: To prevent excessive stress on the filament, utilize a smooth, low-resistance path from the dry box to the extruder. This ensures rigid and dimensionally stable printed parts.
• High-Temperature Printing Requirements: Print at temperatures between 310–350°C using an all-metal hotend rated for continuous operation. Use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle, set the bed temperature to 80–90°C, and keep the cooling fan off for best results.
