We see that it all turns on but think the tablets need to be reloaded with windows or HoverCam software and just don't want to mess with it. Comes with anything pictured but not sure of that is complete set or not.

We are an electronics recycler so most of our items are not actually used daily by us. That means we ask to please make sure to please just ask questions and/or do research before buying our items. If we add product descriptions, those are copy and paste from google or the manufacturer's site so if you see something in the details but not in the picture please just ask. Unless labelled new, all items are as-is and for most used items we test to make sure things turn on. If we can test functionality and use beyond turning it on, we will include that in the listing.
ISSUES AND RETURNS:
If you have any issue with your product, please reach out to us first as we always want to work something out. If we say something works and it doesn't, we got you. Working directly with us on issues often results in a quick return, partial money back or exchange for another product in our store. If item is as it was described and you still want to return, you may or may not be charged a restock fee of 20%.

FOR FREIGHT AND LARGE ITEMS:
We have a freight broker that can provide multiple options and price quotes before you buy so we can include that in a custom invoice for you. If you have your own freight service you'd like to use, that works great as well since we have a full loading dock and can pallet shipments anytime to be ready to go. If you would like to get a quote for the cost of freight shipping before buying, just message us with the following:
1. The address where you'd like the shipment delivered, at least zip code and city?
2. Is the type of delivery location a Business or Residence?
3. If there is a loading dock, are you able to receive pallets easily?
