Thislisting is for anHp Pavilion dv9410us laptop.It is in very good condition and, except for the main battery, it is clean, complete and fully functional.There are a few scuff marks that are consistent with light use andthe PC's age. Pros:
Cleanand functions completely. Except for the three "Base System Device" drivers (See discussion below), all the drivers are installed.
Big 17-inch display
Ihave added Supermium (Internet Browser) and removed Internet Explorer
Cons:
1. The WiFi card is a Broadcom 802.11g Network adapter. This is very slow compared to modern 802.11g/n. I suggest using a modern WiFi Dongle (it can also provide Bluetooth functionality)

3. Battery is dead and needs to be replaced
4. There are Three (3) missing "Base System Device" drivers". They are Ricoh drivers thatcontrolSD and MMC cards (i.e. Memory Stick controller, xD controller, and FireWire/IEEE1394). When the Ricoh driver is missing, Windows 7 shows each of these as Base System Device. I was not able to find the Ricoh drivers; however, they work properly with the Windows drivers.
5. Non-supported Operating System (see statement below).
Note:This system was restored with Windows 7 Ultimate X64 operating system. This OS is no longer supported by Microsoft andmany other software providers. Internet Explorer does not workanymore with this computer, so I have removed it and added thebrowser program, Supermium (Google). Only an individual thatunderstands how to use Microsoft 7 Ultimate should purchase thiscomputer. Unless you are going to install Linux or upgrading thislaptop to Window 10/11, if you are looking to buy a general-usecomputer you should consider purchasing a Window 10/11 laptop. I willalways accept returns, but you will need to pay shipping charges.
Notes: This laptop had a CPU fan problem that was repaired by overriding fan control which causes the fan to stay on all the time. Also, the GPU was reflowed. Both fixes seem to work properly after much testing.
