This is brand new. I still have the original box for it. I bought this on , and it does not work in my machine. My machine is set up and locked to not use non-generic. Incartridges, I don't know how to fix that. So my loss is your gain. I did remove the bottom and put on a genuine bottom chip. To see if I could get it to work and it will not. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with this cartridge. It is brand new except that I did remove the bottom, and I taped it back on. My loss is your gain
