The IBM FlashSystem 7200 (Model 2076-824) is a 2U rack-mount, all-flash, NVMe-native control enclosure designed for enterprise storage environments. Powered by IBM Spectrum Virtualize software, it features dual active-active node canisters, hardware-accelerated compression and deduplication, and supports both IBM FlashCore Modules (FCM) and industry-standard NVMe SSDs. The system delivers up to 35 GB/s bandwidth, 2.3 million IOPS, and sub-70 microsecond latency — making it ideal for high-IOPS databases, analytics, virtualization, and mission-critical workloads across IBM i, AIX, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments. It supports seamless clustering with IBM Storwize V7000 and IBM FlashSystem 9100/9200 systems for massive scale-out capability.
