Up for sale is an IBM 4mm Diagnostic Cartridge tape, model/part number 8191146. This tape cartridge is brand new and still sealed in the factory plastic wrapping.
Cosmetically, the plastic wrapping does show some wear from handling such as scratches and scuff marks, dirt/dust, and some small rips/tears.
