The IBM 5100 was introduced in September 1975 — six years before the IBM PC. The entire system has been professionally packed in a heavy-duty custom-built wooden crate by a specialized crating company, with internal foam and anti-static bubble wrap protection throughout. The crate is ready for freight pickup — no additional packaging is required on the buyer's end.
The buyer is solely responsible for arranging and covering all costs related to freight, pickup, and delivery to their location. These costs are entirely separate from and in addition to the purchase price listed on .
