These are labeled as IBM-D051 MZILS7T6HMLS (Part Number IBM 01LJ399) but they are actually Samsung PM1633a (and also printed on the label). These 7.68TB SAS SSDs have been running in my NAS for years, and only managed to run them down by 1% of their life! These also have power loss protection circuitry. Note that they are SAS3 drives, not SATA. Free insured shipping, even to international buyers.
