Same item as in the picture with the exception of the clear plastic case - I have wrapped in excess anti-static pink bubblewrap in a desk drawer. Never ended up putting it into production, it works absolutely perfectly. Can turn a OpenVPN connection from 30% of your ISP max speed to close to 1:1 with your connection speed.
I absolutely have the Higher profile silver bracket adapter - there is a very small chance I do not have the low profile adapter. I am 95% sure I have it, however, I dont have time to be returned an item over a bracket adapter when its very much marked down in price as is. The likelihood is I have it.
