This is a genuine Innodisk SATADOM-ML 3ME3 V2 256GB SATA Disk-on-Module. It plugs into a motherboard SATA port and is used as a compact boot, license, or OS drive in servers and embedded systems.
Condition: Clean working pull from enterprise equipment. Fully tested by a qualified technician and guaranteed working.
Power note: This module supports Pin 8 power from the SATA connector on boards that provide it (typical on newer Supermicro yellow SATA ports). A separate 5V power cable is not included. Older boards with white SATA connectors may require a 5V cable.

Innodisk SATADOM supports the SATA III (6.0Gb/s) interface. The 3ME3 V2 series uses MLC NAND with a DRAM-less design, iData Guard, S.M.A.R.T., and Pin 8 power so the module can run from the SATA connector on compatible boards. It is intended as a boot drive or compact storage device, not as a high-write cache drive.
