• Shipping
All items are In Stock and ready to ship. We strive to ship all items within 24 hrs. or less of cleared payment. Our regular shipping days are Monday – Friday. So if an item is ordered Friday afternoon it will ship on Monday.
• Returns
Returns are accepted. We will be happy to accept a return for any item which you find to be clearly not as described or for new items with a manufacturing defect which make it unusable. Upon return all new items must be unused in their original packaging with the tags still attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer pays return shipping. Contact should be made within 3 days of receipt of the item. Items returned that were purchased with Free Shipping will be refunded the purchase price less original shipping cost.

As an experienced seller we know how important response is. We work hard to achieve a 100% 5 Star Rating. So if at any time you feel you cannot leave a positive response we ask you to contact us first. We will do all we can to come up with an acceptable solution for everyone. If you don’t contact us we don’t know there’s a problem. Over the years we have left response immediately following a purchase. However we have found the same is not done in return. We typically receive 1 for every 10 we leave. Due to the importance of receiving positive response we will now leave response once it is received.
