Intel DX79SR - 16GB DDR3 Ram, i7-3828 - Tested. This motherboard was used as a test bench. While I was able to boot into windows with a hard drive. I was not able to open the BIOS during boot up. The rightmost ram slot has a broken clip. No I/O board. No screws. I tried replugging in the CMOS battery and a separate CMOS battery but still couldn't get into BIOS. The CMOS battery has now been removed from the motherboard.
