This is an Intel 286/16 iSBC single board computer for Multibus systems from around 1986. This uses an 8mhz 80286 CPU and has 4MB of onboard RAM.

I have a Multibus chassis, and when powered up, this CPU card appears to run its diagnostic LEDs in a discernable manor several times and then pauses waiting for program load, it can be halted and reset with chassis buttons so it does appear the SBC is working, but i have not done any in-depth testing, i only have the LEDs to go by, and they make reasonable responsive lighting sequences. Its likely waiting for a hard-disk controller based program.

The Eproms contain an Intel monitor and diagnostic rom (I dumped them and took a look) that is invoked by interrupting the system, but i have not worked out the serial pinout in order to delve further. Specific manuals for this system are thin on the ground.

This SBC came from a multibus chassis that was liquidated from an Intel Research campus here in Hillsboro Oregon, so it is in great condition and it lived in a multi-card chassis its whole life and has probably seen little usage.
