Product description Why call it GECO Plate?

This is the first plate we released in the new year that is specifically made for PLA--GECO Plate. As the name suggests, it allows the printed parts to stick to the plate like a gecko. GECO is specially made with a frosted texture on the surface. When the filament contacts it, it makes full use of the subtle force between molecules - Van der Waals force, to build countless stable microscopic connections, so that the printed parts are firmly formed and tightly "adsorbed" on it like a gecko.

• Stable endurance, long-term use:GECO stabilizing coating is very durable and maintains stable adhesion evenafter long-term use. lt extends the service life of the printing plate and reducesthe cost of 3D printing.which is more low-carbon and environmentally friendly.After 400+ prints, the adhesion of the GECO printing plate is still about 80%.
• Thicker and heavier:Our GECO plate for bambu lab 3d printer is thicker and heavier than the regular PEI carbon plate. Thick and magnetic can make large prints do not warp, small and tall prints do not fall.​
• Easy to Remove Models:High quality spring steel is the main supporting structure,most of the time, you can easily get the model out without bending or any tools, if it's stuck, you can bend the GECO plate slightly, take the model, and then it will return to being flat.
• Simple Daily Maintenance:Before printing, you can clean the GECO plate by wiping it with alcohol or using soapy water to remove dust, oil, and fingerprints, and then Select "Textured PEI Plate" and set temperature to plate.
• Note:Our "no heating" is the result of testing at room temperature of about 20℃. If your room temperature is very low, please increase the temperature to 20-40℃. If the object you print is a batch of mini object or a large object, it is recommended to add a brim or increase the temperature.
• Widely Compatible:It is suitable for Bambu Lab P2SX2D//P1P/P1S/X1C/X1/X1E/A1 3D Printer.GECO plate has a beautiful surface texture and a full sci-fi style.The print will not transfer the surface texture,which can keep the bottom ofyour print delicate and uniform with coordinated texture
• Maintain Build Plate:After long-term repeated use, the plate needs to be repaired and cleaned. After long-term repeated use, the print build plate needs maintenance and cleaning. After cleaning, set the hot bed to 55℃ to heat the build plate, which will restore the adhesion of the build plate to its original state. (No printing is required during the maintenance process)
