The Eaton 9355 is a proven three-phase UPS for customers who want an Eaton system at a relatively low acquisition cost. In production since the early 2000s, it has established a strong record for performance and reliability. Its affordable extended-run battery options can also make it more attractive than other Eaton families when additional runtime is important.
The 9355 has been widely trusted in demanding applications; GE medical instruments, for example, have often used a rebranded Eaton product for battery power protection. GreenLight UPS can build a GE version of the 9355 using its custom GE kit. Buyers should still understand the tradeoffs of this older design.
The 9355 is non-modular, lacks the built-in bypass found in some alternatives, and can become costly to repair as it ages. Compared with the APC Smart-UPS VT, these serviceability and bypass limitations deserve careful consideration. Even so, its long operating history, lower cost, and economical runtime expansion keep it relevant.
It is best evaluated as a mature, dependable platform whose value depends on balancing purchase price and battery flexibility against the potential repair costs of an aging, non-modular design.

Shipping & Delivery Freight
Since most UPS systems are heavy, we ship most orders on pallets via freight carrier to your loading dock. Smaller systems under 70 lb may ship by FedEx or UPS. Contact us for special delivery requirements or shipments outside the continental U.S.
Work Process
Each UPS or system is retested before shipping to help ensure a smooth experience upon receipt. Most orders require 2–3 business days for preparation and testing. Contact us if you have special requirements or need expedited handling.

Unless otherwise specified, GreenLightUPS warrants equipment for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty claims require the end user to participate in diagnosis and troubleshooting with our technical team before resolution. Batteries are excluded from this Limited Warranty unless specifically identified as covered in writing at the time of sale.
