Original Kaypro internal memory expansion board populated with Mostek MT4264-15 (64K x 1) DRAM chips.

Board is fully populated with 4164-class DRAM in an 8-bank configuration (512K total capacity). Includes PAL20L8 programmable logic and 74LS TTL logic ICs.

Designed for early Z80-based Kaypro CP/M desktop systems using the proprietary internal expansion bus (not ISA / not S-100).
