I plugged an old, used one into a Windows 10 machine. It recognized it. It moved the mouse pointer, but I do not know how smoothly it will work. I doubt that Kensington maintains drivers for Windows 10 and 11, so Windows 10 might be using a generic driver. For a contemporary operating system, I recommend shopping for a current Kensington trackball instead of this one. This item is good for old machines still in use, or diehard fans of this particular model of trackball.Location: 324 (2)
