For sale is a gently used Kindle Keyboard also known as the K3. This kindle is no longer supported by Amazon, and you can't register it to your Amazon account or download your Amazon books onto it. So, it's only for sideloading DRM-free books. If you don't know what DRM is, this probably isn't the right kindle for you.
The kindle works great. The battery is brand new.The kindle is in very good condition. The screen is excellent - just one or two very small scratches that are not visible when reading. On the body, there is one hairline crack going diagonally down from the bottom right corner of the screen. Also, around the slots on the left edge (which were used to attach the Amazon cover), each slot has a tiny bit of plastic missing. It's not really noticeable, unless you know what it's supposed to look like.
I'm including some books on the kindle. They're all DRM-free. The Wizard of Oz Omnibus has all 14 Oz books, with all the original illustrations. Some of the books shown are short stories (just so you don't think they're all novel-length). The kindle has the games Scrabble and Every Word! I highly recommend you back up the files on the kindle including the game files because if they ever get deleted, or the kindle gets reset, there's no way to get them back. There are several files necessary for the games, both in the Documents folder and Active Content folder.
The kindle uses micro-USB and I'm including a new USB-C to micro-USB adapter, so you can use any USB-C cord. If you need a USB-C cord, let me know and I can include one. This kindle does not have ads. Updated to 3.4.3 software. There is a vinyl decal on the back that will come off cleanly if you don't want it. I like how it feels under my fingers while reading, and it ensures I send the right kindle to the right buyer.
