Shipping

All items are shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment has been recieved. For Domestic shipments, we ship USPS Priority will be used; for International shipments, USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express with calculated shipping costs based on your location.

Returns

Please contact us first before opening a return, before opening an case, and before opening a PayPal dispute. All buyers that return a product are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are solely responsible for return shipping and defective returns and replacement. If a package is lost in the mail we will refund the buyer; however, we will not refund the cost of the shipping label. If any sticks go defective upon installation we will replace them, however, the buyer is responsible for shipping all defects and returns back to us through standard mailing processes. If a buyer does not pick up a package from their local post office and it is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and label costs.
